What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, master scheduling, or innovation/portfolio planning
- Proven experience managing new product launches and product lifecycle transitions
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or OTC pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of commercialization processes, regulatory considerations, and SKU complexity in CPG/OTC environments
- Experience working within stage-gate or structured innovation processes
- Experience with advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis
- APICS/IBF certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CPG and/or OTC pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of commercialization processes, regulatory considerations, and SKU complexity
- Familiarity with stage-gate or structured innovation processes
- Experience with advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis
- APICS/IBF certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
Your Impactful Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Innovation Planning
- Lead supply chain workstream for new product launches, ensuring planning readiness across sourcing, production, and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing) to align timelines, planning parameters, and system setup
- Manage item master creation, planning attributes, and supply readiness in ERP systems for all new SKUs
- Drive risk mitigation to resolve timing, capacity, or material constraints that could impact launch success
Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee active product portfolio, ensuring accurate data for new items, active SKUs, and discontinued products
- Partner with Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasts and inventory alignment across the portfolio
- Monitor SKU productivity and lead initiatives to phase out slow-moving or obsolete products with minimal disruption
- Support end-to-end planning for product transitions, reformulations, and packaging updates
Planning Process & Systems Support
- Maintain and optimize planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks) for innovation and portfolio SKUs
- Ensure data integrity across ERP and planning platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Improve innovation planning workflows, documentation, and governance practices continuously
